Business Partner is an eight-level business English course developed by Pearson in collaboration with the Financial Times

It is designed for learners and professionals aiming to communicate effectively in workplace settings. 

The course employs a task-based approach, incorporating presentations, practice, and communicative pair and group tasks to develop essential business skills.

Each unit comprises five lessons that can be taught independently, offering flexibility to address specific learning needs. 

The content includes authentic materials such as videos and articles from the Financial Times, providing learners with real-world business contexts. 

Additionally, Business Partner focuses on functional language and practical business skills, covering topics like presentations, negotiations, and decision-making.

The course is suitable for both students with no work experience and those already in employment, offering suggestions and alternative ways to use the material accordingly.

To ensure consistency, lessons are available in packages of 12 (or multiples of 12) per term or as part of the Individual Plan:

  • Intensive Package – 36 lessons per term (3 lessons per week)
  • Custom Package – Choose a multiple of 12 lessons to suit your goals
